Night owls will feel right at home in Midtown. Plenty of bars and there’s always something to do, or someone to chill with. Everything is within walking distance, but if you happen to own a car you will have easy access to Hwy 59 and I-45. Take advantage of all the bar food specials during the week.
Nature is non-existent. There are no parks within walking distance. Gas is pricey and so is going out every night. Very hot area of town, so rent prices are high.
302 Gray St
Of all Houston Midtown Apartments this one might be the most unique. The perfect Midtown apartment in terms of location. Right in the center of it all. Very nice pool and court yard areas.
3603 Chenevert
It’s a smaller property with only 51 units, and very rarely do they have any available. Because of the size they are able to give their renters the attention they deserve.
306 McGowen
Ultra modern and highly sought after. It’s like living in a 5 star hotel, but maid service is extra.
2350 Bagby St
One of few properties in Houston that has vaulted ceilings. Super close to the metro rail which is very convenient if you work in the Med Center.
